Olá, I'm the medicine woman behind Abuela Sinhá. Originally from Brasil, I've lived for the last 30 years in Austria, working as somatic and art therapist, leading private and group healing ceremonies. Since I was a child, I've been learning and living the ancestral ways, imparted by my first teacher and mentor: my grandma, Abuela Sinhá. She was the one who raised me and to whom I owe my knowledge and connection with faith, spirituality and nature. Also with her I learned the pleasure in serving others, and to live my life be guided by the sensual experience of life. I remember always seeing her on the garden, caring for medicinal plants, and the love she had for the roses. From my grandmother I've inherited an unshakable faith in life and the deepest devotion to spirituality.

I love bringing magic and sharpening the beauty in the details of the things I do. Inside my heart there is a place where a sister's advice, a grandmother's ear and a mother's lap meet a great willingness to serve. In my work I'm guided by the strength of the waters and the smell of the wind, the power of the drum and the singing of the birds. The moon leading the way to guide people from the wisdom of my womb, merging lightness, love, strength and grounded guidance. Through Abuela Sinhá, the doors of my heart open to share with you the knowledge of herbs, healing modalities, and the alchemy of ancestral incense-making, a practice that is more than 5000 years old.
