Add your chosen herbs , a full hand 1/4 cup of it , to a basin of hot water using 3 cups of water. Bring it to boil and leave it for 5 min. It’s very important to test the temperature of the steam before using it, waiving the back of your hand 8-10 inches over the herbal water in order to make sure it’s not too hot . Pour the mixture into a ceramic bowl ( never use aluminium or plastic ) . Remove your underwear and sit on the steaming bank if you have one or on your knees putting the bowl near your yoni. Use a large skirt to cover your legs and create a space to keep the steam or cover yourself with a blanket to prevent the steam from escaping. Make sure yourself is warm, especially the kidneys zone and feet. You enter a state of meditation with the herbs. Stay there for 10-20 min and repeat the process pouring more of your hot infusion on the pot after you discarded the cold one .
